We foster an experiential learning methodology, strengthening existing resources and encouraging "out-of-the-box-thinking" in order to find proper solutions.
Our basic attitude is humanistic: valuing the individual and perceiving organizations as interdependent systems of people.
In our training methodology, we combine insights from a variety of fields such as Business Administration and Management, but also Occupational Psychology and Neuropsychological Models of Learning. We apply paradigms like Transactional Analysis, Constellation Work or the Three World Model (see illustration).
